The XRT5000 slide-top continues the Denyer tradition of high quality, feature-rich, reliable, well priced surgical tables which incorporate the experience and feed-back gained in over 125 years of working with Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Nurses and other medical specialists.
The Denyer XRT5000 is Australian conceived, designed, assembled and supported.
SURGERY TYPES
The Denyer XRT5000 is a general purpose surgical table, suitable for all disciplines of surgery, including Orthopaedic, Bariatric, Gynaecological, Cardio-thoracic, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmic, Urological, Plastic and General.
CONTROLS, EASE OF USE AND CLEANING
The table is primarily controlled by a lightweight, easily read hand piece which controls height, Trendelenberg, lateral tilt, back up/down, leg up/down, top slide, floor stops, and two user-programmable pre-sets. An optional foot control is available for control of height, Trendelenberg and lateral tilt. A return-to-level button brings all sections back to level in customer defined increments. The head section is manually articulated.
To prevent section conflicts which could be possible with combinations of extreme movements of top sections, the Denyer XRT5000 is fitted with sensors that predict imminent collisions (e.g. leg-to-floor with extreme slide and Trend) and prevents the collision occurring.
All main surfaces are high quality stainless steel with a gloss phenolic resin top surface which makes for easy and efficient cleaning.
POWER SUPPLY
The powered movements are actuated by an hydraulic pump driven by rechargeable batteries. The batteries have enough capacity for several days of operations, but should the batteries ever go flat the table will operate directly from mains power. There is also a foot operated pump pedal, a second fully interchangeable corded hand piece permanently attached to the table and bypass electronics, which provides a comprehensive manual override system.
REMOTE CONNECTION
Ease of use and practicality were driving issues in design so the hand control has simple, very legible buttons and all controls have large articulation ranges.
The electronics of the table allow for remote diagnostics and control. The speed and other characteristics of all articulations can be modified via a simple PC interface and also have the capacity to accept voice control for integration into the latest digital O.R. systems etc
