The new XRT4200 table continues the Denyer tradition of high quality, reliable and well priced surgical tables which incorporate the experience and feedback gained in over 125 years of working with Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Nurses and other medical specialists. The XRT4200 is Australian designed and assembled.
SURGERY TYPES
The XRT4200 is suitable for all disciplines of surgery, particularly Gynae/Urology with interchangeable lower trunk, leg and head sections allowing customisation for the surgeon yet still providing full access for anaesthetists.
CONTROLS, EASE OF USE AND CLEANING
The table is primarily controlled by a lightweight, easily read hand piece which controls height, Trendelenberg, lateral tilt, back section up/down and foot brakes. An optional foot control is available for control of height, Trendelenberg and lateral tilt. A return-to-level button brings all sections back to level in customer defined increments. The head and foot sections are interchangeable and manually actuated.
Ease of use and practicality were driving issues in design and to this end the hand control has simple, very legible back-lit buttons and all controls have large articulation ranges.
All main surfaces are high quality stainless steel with a high gloss phenolic resin top surface which makes for easy and efficient cleaning.
POWER SUPPLY
The powered movements are actuated by an hydraulic pump driven by rechargeable batteries. The batteries have enough capacity for several days of heavy usage, but should the batteries ever go flat the table will operate directly from mains power. There is also a foot operated pump pedal, a second fully interchangeable corded hand piece permanently attached to the table and bypass electronics, which provides a comprehensive manual override system.
REMOTE CONNECTION
The electronics of the table allow for remote diagnostics and control, for the speed and other characteristics of all articulations to be modified via a simple PC interface and also have the capacity to accept voice control for integration into the latest digital OR systems etc.
RADIOLUCENCY
The table has been designed to accommodate the latest surgical techniques, with a back-lit hand piece to assist in dimly lit endoscopic procedures and with exceptional radiolucency for ease of access to all parts of the body with image intensifiers
WEIGHT LIMITS
With obesity becoming such a major issue, the XRT4200 is designed to accommodate patients of up to 500kg when centrally positioned, or up to 280kg in lithotomy or any other positions where the patient is significantly offset from the centre of the table. For particularly large patients, optional drop-on width extenders add 100mm per side to table width whilst retaining all functionality of the table. The XRT4200 also has a low height version.
